Frank Raff

I grew up in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and have called Madison home since 2006. After graduating from Marquette University Law School in 2014, I began my career as a public defender serving Walworth and Rock Counties. Over the next seven years, I spent countless hours in court representing people facing serious criminal charges. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of how the system works — and how to fight for the best possible outcome when the stakes are high.
In 2022, I founded Raff Law to provide clients with the focused attention and preparation that only a small practice can offer. When you hire me, you work directly with me — not an associate or a paralegal. I handle every aspect of your case, from developing strategy to representing you in court, and I approach each case with the preparation and determination it deserves.
One of the most important parts of my work is helping clients understand the process. Criminal cases can feel overwhelming, but I believe the law should be clear. I take the time to explain what is happening, what your options are, and how we can move forward so you can make informed decisions about your case.
I am a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. If you are facing criminal charges and need someone on your side, contact Raff Law to schedule a consultation.
